Good Afternoon folks, I'm having a problem with my RSS, I use the Feedburner Feedsmith plugin and I thought it was Feedburner at first but it appears to be something in WP. I recently upgraded to 2.5.1 and while the RSS page loads there are no posts displayed, you can see it here -

I have disabled any RSS related plugin's including the Feedsmith plugin with no avail.
Any suggestions on what could cause this?

Just to give an update, I may have found the problem. I'm not sure if the wp-rss2.php file was depreciated in the 2.5.1 release or how I got into using that URL in the first place but my feed at - http://www.marklangenfeld.com/feed/ works perfectly so I updated Feedburner with that information and re-synced.

But for those of us with Feedsmith - this won't work, I don't think... because I think the Feedsmith plugin will re-direct "yoursite.com/feed/" back to itself. My solution is below...
After my 2.5.1 upgrade, my feed also stopped working.
At Feedburner, my feed was pointing to "mysite.com/wp-atom.php" and it started coming up blank. While testing and trying to solve, I noticed "mysite.com/wp-rss2.php" was blank too. So, as you say above, they've apparently been depreciated in this release (gee thanks for the heads up, folks!) ;)
Here is how I solved it:
1. Deactivate Feedsmith Plugin
2. Log into Feedburner.
3. Choose "Edit Feed Details"
4. Where it says "original feed", put: "http://www.yoursite.com/feed" (DO NOT USE A TRAILING SLASH!*)
5. Save feed details
6. Go to the "troubleshootize" tab. Choose "Resync" [Don't know if this is necessary but I did it anyway.]
7. Go back to your WordPress admin page and turn the Feedsmith plugin back on
These are the steps I took tonight and it APPEARS all is normal again.
* - This (trailing slash issue) had me ripping my hair out because (in my case anyway) with a trailing slash in place, it was being redirected to Feedburner's own blank feed - so Feedburner was essentially checking itself for content instead of my actual feed.

I'm running into the same problem.
I used to have several feeds for different categories and used the following structure
http://mysite.com/index.php?feed=rss2&cat=-2&cat=-58
This doesn't work at all anymore.
I can get the feed for the whole post by entering
But I can't customize it by category.
This is such a huge issue, I can't believe it was changed without warning.

Okay, I'm still having problems. The WordPress feed is working, but the Feedburner feed won't update.
When I checked the validity of the feed, this is the list of warnings that I got. Is the new feed function not stripping out what it should?

This feed is valid, but interoperability with the widest range of feed readers could be improved by implementing the following recommendations.
