RSS feeds with thumbnails beside title

I’m using yahoo’s tabbed sidebar in conjunction to feedburner’s buzzbooste RSS feeds to generating a list of articles (titles) using several categories. Everything is OK, except I want thumbnails in the tabbed sidebar (for the RSS), much like the tabbed sidebar on this website: http://www.autoblog.com.

Is there a plug-in or extension that I can use to achieve the same result? My website is http://www.autotribute.net
