    I get a 500 error for the RSS feeds.
    Replacing the following files with older (pre-Feb 26) versions fixes it:
    wp-blog-header.php
    wp-rss2.php
    wp-rss2-comments.php
    What's up?

    A 500 server error? What does it say? Anything in your error logs?

    I am not sure if you were having the same problem as myself but in wp-rss2 I replaced:
    header('Content-type: application/rss+xml', true);
    with:
    header('Content-type: text/xml', true);
    and it is working fine now.

    I didn't take a closer look at the 500 error message, but Anonymous' tip did the trick. Thanks.

    ...although the actual cause of the error seems to be in wp-blog-header.php.
    this isn't very helpful but I don't have time for more in-depth testing right now, sorry.

    WP 2004-04-15 nightly:
    The problem persists. No access to error log on server, and I've forgotten how to make a custom log.
    No error on my local copy though, just a "You have chosen to open wp-rss2.php"...
    What I do know is it's wp-blog-header.php AND the feed files (wp-rss2, wp-atom, etc).
    If I use pre-February 1 versions of these files, it works.
