This topic has been raised in past.

I am raising it again after going through all possible solution.
I have checked previous threads on this error but could not solve problem.

    WordPress version - 3.5.1
Theme - TwentyTwelve (Was using thematic child theme but switched to TwentyTwelve to see if customization is causing problem)
    Plugins - Removed all

I am having problem at http://www.infoupdates.in/feed

    Error message is

XML Parsing Error: XML or text declaration not at start of entity
    Location: http://www.infoupdates.in/feed
    Line Number 2, Column 1:<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
    ^

Any help on this. Only thing left is to try new install.

Can you replicate the problem using the default Twenty Twelve theme with all plugins deactivated?

Did complete reinstall of wordpress. Feed is working on Twenty Twelve theme with no plugins. Working on Thematic theme. But fails on Thematic child theme. Removing functions.php from child theme makes it working. So culprit is functions.php.

I do not see any problem in functions.php.

I do not see any problem in functions.php.

You might have copied the entire functions.php file to your child theme and edited it. In a child theme's functions.php you should only have your additional functions.

    Krishna,

That is not the issue. I have fair knowledge of theme development.

Anyway I have created new functions.php file and manually written all the functions and to my surprise its working. One additional thing that I did is I am not calling ob_start() which I was calling the start of functions.php
