[resolved] RSS Feed works depending the browser (5 posts)

    Hi,

    I've read all the posts that talk about "RSS don't work".

    Strange... Without know why, I get RSS page in random way for http://www.riversatile.fr

    Using IE : Fullt Working - Title, texts, images, links are displayed
    Using Chrome : XML is not recognized (perhaps normal with chrome)
    Using Safari : Fully Working - Title, texts, images, links are displayed
    Using Firefox : Working - Title, texts, are displayed but no image !
    Using Opera
    : Working - Title are displayed, but no text and no image !

    What's going on ?!?

  3. http://www.riversatile.fr/?feed=rss redirect users to http://www.riversatile.fr/feed/rss/, Opera displays RSS correctly (title / text), but no image.
  4. http://www.riversatile.fr/?feed=rss2 redirect users to http://www.riversatile.fr/feed/ (same result that the first option

    http://www.riversatile.fr/feed/ is the correct feed URL. It works properly, and it's valid:

    http://validator.w3.org/feed/check.cgi?url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.riversatile.fr%2Ffeed%2F

    I think the problems you're seeing are just browser/reader-related quirks.

    Yeah, I know my feed are corrects, but using OPERA, it worked by the past, and now it doesn't work. I don't know why...

    It must be a browser glitch. If the feed is valid, there's really nothing that can be done to it as it's already working perfectly.

    OK...
    RSS Feed are not a useful feature for my site, I disabled it.

    the problem is solved ;)
