Hey Guys,
I would like to add excerpt of posts from another site onto my main site. How can I make this happen? I tried everything from FirstRSS to FeedWordPress but it doesn't seem to work.

Can you expand on the "add excerpt of posts" part? As in, do you just want to display the excerpts etc., or rather *import* the feed items as posts?
In either case, David Chait's CG-Feedread may work for you:
