RSS Feed not working properly

I use feedburner and wordpress 2.06, and feedburner tells me that the original feed (the one that feedburner is supposed to pick up) stops working very often (many times a day). Is there any known issue or does anyone know how I could fix this? My host has checked everything out and assured me that it’s a problem with wordpress.
