[resolved] RSS Feed Not Found After Upgrade to 2.2 (5 posts)

Hello. I recently upgraded from version 2.0 to version 2.2, and everything appeared to go smoothly. However, when I checked the Feedburner feed this morning, it returned: "There was a problem retrieving the feed: com.burningdoor.rsspp.resource.impl.HttpConnectionException: Error getting URL: 404 - Not Found". I went to the main page of my blog, clicked on the rss feed and received a 404 page.

I am new to WordPress, so I am not sure exactly which file or what code I would need to alter to correct this problem. Any assistance would be appreciated.

I'm not a techie, searched for my rss feed unsuccessfully and only found it last week after fooling around over at another site and voila, the feed thingy there found and added my blog feed! <rolling eyes> ;-)

I cannot tell you a THING about how to find it on your blog, but I could pass on the link for that other site that 'found' my feed when I tried adding it to my profile... and feel free to add me to your contacts there.. it's a fun, popular, international social networking/bookmarking site that helps you get your blog posts and sites listed by the search engines fast...:

    Blessings,

    Angela.

Yikes...your permalinks are wrecked, too. Try Step 10.

Yes, Step 10 worked. Had to change my permalink structure, so a few links are going to have to be changed manually, but otherwise, everything looks good.

    Thanks, lexhair.
