RSS Feed ignores timezone set (2 posts)

HI all, I hope you have a good fix for this.... my website: clubcattle.com

The RSS seems to ignore the time zone setting. This is a problem because I am relaying the RSS feed to Twitter and Facebook. The time stamp for my posts show as 6 hours in the future. Therefore the post is not picked up because it is not a "past date" in the RSS.

I decided to change my time zone to +0000 and my other accounts to +0000 and they are picking up fine. But instead of having to do the math to post during peak reader time of 9:00 am (which means I have to schedule my posts to post at 3:00 pm) I thought it would be kinda nice to just have WordPress use the proper time zone.

Any ideas? I see in my search that previous versions of WordPress had this known bug, but I figured I better check for this most current version of WordPress.

    Thank you for your help!
