RSS feed for a baseball player (specific) and his stats (1 post)

    Hi-
    RSS feeds for sports seem to be limited to just general team news feeds. I'm trying to add an RSS feed that shows only a specific player stats (Derek Jeter for example) that shows his stats (updated in real-time) throughout the season.

    Is this done with RSS? if so, does it have to be a 'custom made' RSS feed that I have to develop?
