My Twenty Ten template did not come with an RSS feed widget. If I install a feed, I can get to it by putting in http://www.myurl.com/feed. However, I can't get an orange button to show up. How do I do this?

By creating a child theme and then creating the appropriate template file in your child theme with an RSS icon & link.
