I'd like to know whether or not it is possible for Pages (not posts) to have an RSS feed attached to them.
For example:
1. I have a Page with photos.
2. Everytime I update the Page, I want a feed to be sent (for example, like Feedburner's email service).

Pages aren't normally updated and repinging doesn't normally occur. Actually resending a ping for the same URL will probably get you banned from most of those sites as they'll probably see it as abuse. (Think small child with a metal spoon and a cooking pot banging away.)
Instead why not just setup a special category for those pictures and highlight it within your blog?

What do you mean by "highlight"? I don't necessarily want the updates to appear on the front page.
