Royale-Blue-20 Theme, Widgets not working, quick hand please?

    I’m using the Royale Blue 20 theme on damnshortstories.com, but I don’t seem to be able to get widgets to work even though the theme IS widgetized. I’ve looked at the code and, at least from what I can see, it SHOULD be working with two widgetized sidebars, but only one shows up in the Widgets interface.

    I’ve zipped up the theme as I’m using it, and I’d really appreciate it if someone could take a gander and maybe help me out.
