    Hi! I seem to be having a problem with the import process, but I don´t know what can be causing it: I upload a header correctly, then I upload a csv file, the preview shows it is ok and when I hit “Run” it shows “row: 1 / 4

    Starting…..”

    And it never goes beyond that point. I tried with only 1 product and no special characters at all and it keeps halting in that specific point.

    Any ideas?
