Root directory page loads fine, but main URL loads blank page

I’ve reinstalled WordPress and my blog loads using the root directory– http://gilford.textdrive.com/~blogname/

However, when I try to load via my domain: http://www.blogname.net I get a download file prompt in IE or just a blank web page in Firefox. I have checked the server settings of my domain which are pointing to the proper ones dns1.textdrive.com, etc.

I am trying to figure out where the error is occurring. Everything is up-to-date with my domain registration, etc. Is it possible this could be a theme issue? It just doesn’t seem like that is likely since it is showing up properly when you access the blog via the root directory.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
