Role other than administrator to give awards

    Administrator and Editor roles should, in theory, be able to give awards to other users. However, someone pointed out a bug a while ago that means that it’s impossible for Editors to actually do this via the wp-admin ‘edit users’ screen because I made a bad assumption (Editors can’t actually edit WP users, doh).

    I’ve reported this as an issue on my bug tracker which will be the best place to monitor for updates. It won’t be done in the short-term, however.
