   Role Manager - Role Management for WordPress 2.0. Coding By David House and Owen Winkler.

   I have this plugin installed but it won't allow me to create roles. Any ideas anyone?

   As far as I can tell the Role Manager plugin looks like it only offically supports up to WordPress version 2.6.

   The Members plugin does the same thing and is actively maintained: http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/members/
