   Hi, I need to use the Role Manager Plugin to manage/restrict access on my blog. The problem is the latest stable release of Role Manager is tested and works from Version 2.0.x up to Version 2.6.x of WordPress.

   So since this great plugin is not supported anymore, will WordPress offer a build-in version of the Role Manager?

   Probably not. I believe there is an initiative to simplify the user roles/capabilities in the future.
