I would like to change author capabilities.
I went into plug-ins and searched for "role manager". The first item in the list that came up was "Capability Manager" which looked good but when I wanted to get more info I discuvered that both the plugin manual as well as the plugin homepage are in a foreign language. Is there some way to get an English translation? Or is there perhaps a better way to do the job of changing permissions?
