Robots.txt plugins

    Has anyone else had the problem of KB Robots and PC Robots not working with new versions pf WP? I have also tried iRobots.txt SEO. Not any of them seem to work. I get a 404 when I try to view the robots.txt also getting a not found in Google Webmaster tools.
    Anyone have anything that works.
