robots.txt blocking sitemap but i don't even have a robots.txt file

    Hello,

    I have the free version of Yoast SEO. In WP, under settings, I am allowing my site to be discovered by search engines. I created a Google Webmaster tools account and it says site health: “Some important page is blocked by robots.txt.” Under Yoast SEO, I see that I don’t currently have a robots.txt file and never had one. I then submitted the sitemap that Yoast SEO created (http://911dispatcherhq.com/sitemap_index.xml) thinking that webmaster tools was just not updating quickly. I am getting the sitemap error “Warnings – Url blocked by robots.txt. – Sitemap contains urls which are blocked by robots.txt. – 171 pages”

    I am completely confused and would like to know if anyone can assist me please? Thanks!
