Looks like you need to organise the styling of your links so that they can be recognised easier. At the moment some links are black, red and grey.

You may also want to avoid underlining normal text because it makes it seem like a link.

Overall, it is a good theme, the logo is nice and brandable.

For affiliate marketing, what works best is the newsletter. So, will suggest you to put the sign-up form in the header, in the black space, just below the red header.
