RM on Thesis problem

Hello, I’m using Thesis 1.85 and I’m having problems embedding RM before I upgrade my account. I’d like to embed RM below my header and menu, but when I input a generic shortcode to test ([rebelmouse sitename=”Megan” height=”1500″]), the menu and header disappear into a generic WordPress style. See, for example, http://www.regionlocked.com
