right to left for twenty fourteen

hi folks,
i’m new to wp and wanted to find out a few things..
im currently using the twenty fourteen theme but I wanted to give it a totally rtl look .. exactly the same as the one that the rtl-tester plugin gives us as a preview but I want it for the visitors! not temporary! I’ve read loads of pages about this issue but got even more confused .. can anyone give a simple solution to this problem? I’ve read the following page before, but didn’t understand much..i’m looking for better advice.
