    Hi,

    thanks for your question.

For this, I recommend using the “Role Manager” component of the “Members” plugin from http://wordpress.org/plugins/members/
With that, you will see that the “Administrator” role has several so-called capabilities (their name begins with “tablepress_”) that control what a user with that user role is allowed to do in TablePress. Also, the “Editor” and “Author” roles have some (but not all) of these capabilities.
Now, with that “Role Manager”, you’ll simply need to take the TablePress capabilities away from the “Author” and “Editor” roles. After that, “Administrators” will be the only users who are allowed to use TablePress.

    Regards,
    Tobias
