Riddled with Bugs

I read many of the comments and had thought surely as big of a company as these guys are, it can’t be that bad. I assumed it was just non-developers having issues with the plugin, due to improper implementation etc.

It was not the case. The product is just quite simply a mess, and the company seems to have little interest in actually helping anyone with the many issues this product has. The support forums are full of problems with no solutions, just others asking if anyone has figured out a fix. To rub salt in the wound, they will charge you money to post questions in their premium support forum, where they still do not ever seem to reply either! I wonder if they make more money off the premium support scam than they do off the product itself.

WordPress should seriously consider removing this product altogether from their plugins library.
