   I have 2 questions really.

   Firstly, I need a plugin that allows people to put their email address in and they are then emailed everytime a post is created.

   Secondly, I need to create a page where people can go onto it, and leave a review of the business - and it be posted on the page they posted on. But it needs to be reviewed by the admin first.

   What's the most simple way for both?
