essaysnark is right, it's up to Google if they pull the stars into the results. It they do, it's just the results page at this time. We are working on a Pro version that has a sidebar widget and possibly shortcode to include an Overall Ratings widget that would appear on every page. The hope is to get Google SERP results to pull the star ratings in for every page.
In all cases that I have seen, Google has to actually index the reviews page, so standard SEO rules would apply there on if you show up and how well.
Google does not show actual reviews in Google Places/Plus pages in the, but they used to show a link to review pages on your website in the "Reviews from around the web" section. Unfortunately I have not found an example of that in a while, so they may have stopped doing it. No sure what the criteria was for that to show up.
