That's called music, lol :)
The titles and headers look a bit out of place and dont provide a clear structure. You shuold think of a better way of organizing your front page.
The footer is too bold and too huge, and has links with broken css.
There are lots of thinks to work on.

Even so, it's bad practice to start playing any sound automatically when a site loads. It causes all kinds of problems - not last of which is the fact that some people might be visiting the site in a quiet office or library.
