    Hi,

It is been 4 months since I launched my website. Website is doing good and I have started getting 4000 page views daily without now promoting my site on social network. Rank is drastically improved in last few days.

Any feedback for website would be much appreciated, as there must be so many improvement areas. So far performance of the website is not and i think i need to invest some money on it now.

    Hey,

Cool site, looks pretty good to me. Everything seemed to be very functional, no absurd load times or anything.

My only critiques would extend to the design, which probably could be a little punchier. I think you need more white space between columns as well as more outer margin for the whole site. The columns don't need to hug the edge of the window so closely.

Otherwise it looks like you've done a great job.

For the record, Selenium is awesome.

    Hi Lakshay,
"4000 page views daily" is impressive for a relatively new site. Kudos! However, you absolutely need to use a responsive theme for your site. Your site looks good on the desktop but not so good on mobile. Go responsive ASAP! Keep those page views increasing by making a great UX for all.

Also, for the most part the page load times were pretty good (1-2 sec.) but sometimes shot up to 6-7 seconds.

    Best Regards,

HI Bitwit, Many thanks for your feedback. I will try to accommodate the space soon in my next changes.

Yes, Selenium is a Hot topic now days among Software Testers and there are around 100 websites on this topic.

Godwade, Thanks to you also for reviewing my website. I should have gone with the responsive theme from the beginning but I was really impressed with the current Template of Robot banner which goes with my website subject very well.
Yes, responsive is in my plans but I am not much bothered so far, as only 2 to 4% page views are from tablets and mobile. May be just because of the Subject of the website.

    One more suggestion
I am stepping in to the world of paid subscription of Video tutorials. Please someone suggest me the best way of doing this.

    Regards,

I have found many high-quality video courses on Lynda.com. Currently I am working my way through Deke McClelland's Adobe Illustrator CC 4-course series (Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced, Master) to ramp up my graphic design skills. Its challenging but I have learned a lot. Deke is the man for Illustrator and Photoshop. There are lots of WordPress related courses that would be of interest to users and developers plus a ton of other topics. I'm pretty sure that Lynda still offers a one-week free trial so give it a shot, if you can, and see for yourself. Best of luck!

Lakshay, here are my thoughts on your current design. If your site was about a non-web related product or service, the 2-4% mobile audience you mentioned may be a reason for taking your time on implementing responsive design. However, your site is about web browser automation testing which suggests to me that a more technically minded visitor may be perusing your site. You know, the kind of people who probably aren't going to be impressed when your layout breaks as they resize their browser. I was in IT for over twenty years and I know a lot of QA people and that is what they do when they visit sites. Its in their blood! Just friendly advice here. :)

Also, large jumbotron images (i.e. your cool robotic image) are very popular. You should easily be able to find a free or premium theme that supports them. Good luck!

    Hi Geoffrey,

Many thanks for a very honest feedback and valuable suggestion. Yes, you are right when you talk about QA people and I thing this is one of the reason of high page views that my site is neat and tidy than the others Selenium websites.

The problem is I am not a developer and I am just waiting for other changes and will hire some dev to work on those changes at a go.

I have started looking for some good website responsive templates and soon implement it.

Thanks again to you, as you take out the time to review my website.

    Hi Lakshay,

Looks real good, was surprised to see it was based off twenty thirteen.

Increase the font size a bit in the forum. It's bit difficult to read.

The tags and search forum options on sidebar require some left padding, only on the forum pages. Other pages look fine.
