   Looks really nice - I'd put the ads elsewhere though. They sort of...attack you as you get on the page.

   Aside from that - really nice!

   But, I would go with placing your ads somewhere else. I hate being attacked by ads before anything else comes into play!
   Everything else is tasteful.

   The ads aren't just a problem for appearance. They're also a problem for credibility. When I see a whole bunch of ads like that before I see content, my first thought is...

   "This is a splog. The content is probably ripped off from someplace else, or else it's bland and full of keywords without any useful meaning."

   And then I leave without reading anything--or clicking the ads.
