There are a number of plugins that allow you to preview comments before posting. LiveCommentPreview is probably the most widely used.

    Here's an "Ajaxy" comments preview.

Personally, I prefer the comments preview plugin I wrote. :-)

    I have bluehorizon template and writing my blog in other than English language. First I tried LiveCommetPreview but it didnt work for me. Then I tried your plugin. It worked but it's also giving me following warning;
Warning: Unknown(gravatar.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/content/m/y/p/mypakistan/html/wp-content/plugins/filosofo-comments-preview.php(1304) : eval()'d code on line 3

Warning: (null)(): Failed opening 'gravatar.php' for inclusion (include_path='.:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/content/m/y/p/mypakistan/html/wp-content/plugins/filosofo-comments-preview.php(1304) : eval()'d code on line

Whenever I hit preview button, this warning displays on top of my webpage.
Please help me to make this warning disappear.

What's happening is that the theme in its header includes a file named "gravatar.php" using a relative file path, like so: include_once('gravatar.php')
The problem is that the plugin, which produces the preview page based on your theme, is not in the theme's directory.

So in the admin control panel, go to Options > Comments Preview > Preview Page Templates and change include_once('gravatar.php') to include_once('/home/content/m/y/p/mypakistan/html/wp-content/themes/bluehorizon/gravatar.php')
    or to
    include_once('../themes/bluehorizon/gravatar.php')

Yes, It worked. Actually I tried the second option. Your a genius helper.
Now I have another issue. My comment preview page is too wide and its pushing sidebar towards the bottom of the page. Please check my site http://www.mypakistan.com. How can I adjust the width of the comment review template.
    Thanks again

I don't see the problem; at any rate, you can adjust the preview page markup under Options > Comments Preview > Preview Page Templates.

I wasn't able to fix it and I hope you wouldn't mind to show me how to adjust the preview page markup. What I noticed preview page's left space is more than the regular pages and if this is page markup, then please help me to fix it.
    Thanks

You adjust the preview page's markup under Options > Comments Preview > Preview Page Templates, just as you would any of the files in your theme's directory. In other words, you can use HTML, PHP, etc.

I think I've come up with a preview template that looks good in the Blue Horizon theme, and I've posted it here. Just copy the text in the textbox under "Blue Horizon" and paste it into the first big text box under Options > Comments Preview > Preview Page Templates.

Thanks for creating and providing Blue Horizon comment review template. I copied and pasted it to my site and it worked.
One last thing which I tried but didn't work. How can I set up text alignment in comment page? I need text aligned on right side instead of left.
    Thanks again
