Go to your edit post screen and make sure under the "screen option" tab that you have "revisions" checked. Then scroll to the bottom of the page to the box titles "revisions". Click on the revision that you want to go back to and on the next page there will be a table of revisions. Click the restore link for the one you would like to revert back to.

HI! Jumping in here since I'm having the same issue. I accidently deleted my entire post (things from Aug 2011 to March 2012!! UGH!)

I can't see the SCREEN OPTION tab.

When I log in, I'm taken to my profile. I click on the upper left at PAGES on EDIT.
I go to the pages I'm authorized to edit.
I click EDIT and am taken to a page called EDIT PAGE. I don't see a SCREEN OPTION TAB.
I can see at the bottom of the EDIT page PAGE REVISIONS and a list of dates and times I edited in the past. I can not click on them. They do nothing. Please help me figure out how to get them active.
    THANK YOU SO MUCH!
