Simple question that I can’t seem to find the answer to. Any way to programmatically retrieve the Comment Moderation and Comment Blacklist lists that appear in Settings > Discussion?

These are kept in the database and you can use PHP scripts to retrieve data in tables from your db…so, yes, this is possible.
