What do you have the WordPress timezone (Settings > General), and the "Timezone adjustment" option (in the plugin feed settings) set to?

    WP: CT
    Plugin: Chicago for all feeds

I'm not sure what you mean by "CT"? Is it set to "Chicago", or one of the UTC offsets?

Yes, but "CT" isn't an option in the WordPress timezone drop-down box. I'm trying to figure out exactly what you have it set to. Sometimes the plugin has problems when the timezone is set to a UTC offset, and not an actual city.

Ok. Perhaps try it set to "Chicago".

I set WP to Chicago and refreshed the calendar feeds. Now it is skipping to 9pm event.

I think this is due to a timezone related bug in the current release of the plugin (0.7.2).

I've just tested your feed in the development version of the plugin, which contains a fix for this issue, and it appears to be working ok there, so you might want to try out the dev version.
