I just wondering about the retired themes, do they are no longer exist or still can be downloaded?

Also how about the designer? If it was a premium themes, does he/she still get some revenue or the contract is just end when the theme is retired?

I suspect you are a WordPress.COM user so your question may be better asked in those forums.
