Resume is not being saved in rsjp

Dear sir,
I have just installed rsjp on my website. when I fill the resume form and click on “submit resume” the page gone and return with nothing. And also when I go to saved resumes it shows no resumes as well as on resume showing page has no resume.
Please guide me, thanks.
