Restricting user's access to a specific page (1 post)

I would like to locate a plugin that would allow an individual access to edit and possibly publish a page assigned only to them and restrict access to all other pages and posts.

In the user panel, a new user with a new role - edit specific pages- would be created. Then, when editing pages, that new user could be granted access to that page alone.

The admin interface that comes to mind is similar to the Conditional Widget plugin... at the bottom or on the side of each page, a drop down menu would allow me to grant access to one user (and admin, of course).

The user interface would take them from login directly to their page.

Does such a thing exist? Is it even possible?
