    Hi, Thomstark –

I’d really love to use this for a very specific purpose: using shortcode to show separate BbPress forums on a page, and then using [eyesonly] to restrict that part of the page to a specific Buddypress group. I did install as explained, but ran into two problems:

    1. There’s no option to set a Buddypress group as a permission group in the shortcode editor.

    2. When I chose another user as the only person permitted to see the forum, the forum itself was indeed hidden from me, but the shortcode for the forum appeared on the page. Is it possible to use your shortcode to hide another shortcode??

If you have another suggestion for doing what I’m trying to do, if it’s not possible to do it with Eyes Only, I’m all ears! (I’m also using Press Permit)

    Thanks!

Yes, I’m not sure exactly what you’re trying to. You can use the eyesonly shortcode to hide other shortcodes. Unfortunately, filtering by BuddyPress Groups is not a feature of Eyes Only at this time.

Ok, thanks; I’ve found another solution for that particular problem for the time being. 🙂
