   okey this may sound like a weird request.
   but is there a way i can control the number of time the rss feeds can be accessed from my site in a particular amount of time by a feed reader?
   hopefully u get what i mean. actually, feeds are eating a lot of my limited bandwidth and i dont want to disable them altogether.

   When we get the last-modified stuff working that should help your problem quite a bit.

   i was expecting some weird apache custom commands. :P
