Restricting a User to a Single Page and/or Category of Posts

    I want to create a single page to which I give a single user (or a couple of users) access to edit the page. I also want to give these same users privilege to post to ONE category, which will be displayed on the page they own. I do not want them to have access to any other page on our web site, other than the access given to the general public to view our site.

    The user security built-in to WordPress does not appear to allow this level of access control. Does anyone know of a way to accomplish what I am after? Thanks for the help.
