Restricted area icon in navigation (2 posts)

Hi, i'm looking for a function that adds an icon (padlock icon) to my restricted areas (pages, categories and posts) on my navigation menu. I'm using the Maven Member plugin to create the restricted sections, where it creates a new user role "member" to give access to these sections. On restricted pages where the user is not logged in, it shows a log-in form. What i'm still missing is to show somehow in the navigation, that a section is private.

For posts and pages that are open to everyone, there should be no icon showing.

So what i need is that that icon automatically appears in the menu if the element is restricted for the "member" role.

I was thinking about using a conditional tag for that permission and apply this to a class that could be added to each menu-element (but then it wouldn't be automatic).

Any ideas how to do this? I have no idea about programming php and haven't found any plugin for this yet. Any help would be amazing!!

    Thanks,
    Mike

    Hi there,

The plugin currently does not contemplate that you want.
I really do not know if there is any plugin that can be used to perform this.
You think you add a class to menu links when these are restricted would be enough?
Is not currently possible to do this with the plugin, but we can try to add it in a future update.
