   Is there a quick way to setup these restrictions:

   - can write/edit ONLY own posts
   - can edit ONLY certain pages

   ?

   Not sure about the certain Pages thing - most likely that won't work. But for general management of users and capabilities I highly recommend the Role Manager plugin
