Hi my site is currently being missused by a local competitor, they are spending hours at a time on the site dissecting every page, I believe they are copying the data, (business directory) manually. I have their IP, and would like to restrict their access on my site to a single landing page. This will be a perfectly innocuous. page asking htem to contact admin directly.

Is this possible through a known plugin, and if so will it be restricted to a single ip?

Will this plugin do the trick?

This could be done with ModRewrite using your .htaccess file.

This will need to be near the top of your .htaccess file.
Make sure there is RewriteEngine On above the rules.
Note: where xxx\.xxx\.xxx\.xxx is the IP(s).

    # If this IP
    RewriteCond %{REMOTE_ADDR} ^xxx\.xxx\.xxx\.xxx$
    # Then send them to Contact Admin Page
    RewriteRule .* http://yourdomain.com/contact-admin-page [L]
