Restoring my WP Site

    I have been having trouble restoring the full content of my WP site. I reloaded the database backup via phpMyAdmin console and the full content directories are present on the server but for some reason I still only have my landing page and some widgets. The menus structure is there but when navigating through it, pages are not found. My WP install on the back end shows no posts, pages or anything. I thought that the database backup would restore all this since I can see the content there? Can anyone help?

    …now I do see my pages and posts on the backend but the live navigation on the site still does not direct to the pages and still returns the page not found error?
