   Hello,

   I exported my data using WordPress 2.7.1 to an XML file.
   I upgraded to WordPress 2.8 by deleting everything on my site.
   Uploaded all the WordPress 2.8 files; installed WordPress 2.8.
   Tried to emport my saved XML file and I get and error "unable to create temporary file."

   I removed WordPress 2.8; reinstalled WordPress 2.7.1 tried to import the saved XML file and still get the same error "unable to create temporary file."

   Any suggestions?
