Restoring DB from Back up

Hi Tara
I followed the directions on your link from the begining.

I have now excluded the first 14 lines from restoring as they carry the Offending protocol
DROP TABLE IF EXISTS `wp_bpspro_login_security

Now I get a qet the following SQL Query

Insert into ‘wp-option’
Values (4,’users_can_register’,0′,’yes’)

Any suggestions???
