   I backed up my database, and then made a mistake on WordPress, so ended up re-installing it.

   After re-instillation, I have uploaded the original database through myPhpadmin, but once it is uploaded, i get locked out. I try the passwords I set and it doesnt work. I try the "retrieve password" and get a 501-Internal server error.

   Can anyone suggest what to do?

   Use phpMyAdmin and reset the password.
