restore MailPoet subscribers etc on WP refresh

    My WP site (integrated with other software) is not quite live yet, but I plan to use MailPoet and am thinking about implementation. I have the site all working on my WAMP, and plan to enhance it there and copy it to the live site from time to time using Duplicator. The only things I expect to have been updated on the live site are (1) Comments, (2) User data, and (3) MailPoet data.
    I plan to copy and restore the WP comments table via phpAdmin. I think I can capture User data using Export Users to csv and Import Users from csv plugins.
    My question is what is my best strategy for wysija/MailPoet data?
