    Help!

Needing to restore my database. Followed the instructions here:

    http://tamba2.org.uk/wordpress/backup/

to create a backup, which seemed to go fine. Now trying to restore. Successfully dropped all of my tables using phpmyadmin, but now when I get to the step where I'm sposed to click on the SQL tab and browse for my backup file, there're no controls for selecting a file! All I see is the "Run SQL/queries on database" box. There are no other controls below it, save for a "Show this query here again" checkbox. Updated phpmyadmin to the latest version and still nothing.

    Help!

    Click the SQL query tab.
There should then be the large white box with a Go button to the bottom right.

Open your SQL file in Notepad / WordPad (or similar)
    Select All
    Copy

    Paste into SQL box
    Click Go.

If you want, contact me by email and we'll take it from there.
